This unique series celebrates the intersection of culture, community, and wellness through the universal language of food. Each event will highlight the culinary traditions, wellness practices, and cultural stories from diverse communities in the Capital Region — all while fostering connection and global understanding.

Our first event in the series, Summer Fresh Flavors, features a vibrant evening of cultural storytelling, a live cooking demonstration, and a tasting experience inspired by seasonal, farm-fresh ingredients. Guests will have the opportunity to experience Sunhee’s Farm & Kitchen’s unique approach to Korean cuisine, farm-to-table freshness, and cultural connection.
